A problem, an idea, a product, a process, a project, a decision — or a solution already in mind. It doesn’t have to be perfectly defined.

Look at it together
We understand what is actually needed and define the problem worth solving. Sometimes the original idea is right. Sometimes the real issue is somewhere else.

Agree on the first result
One tangible result, delivered within a week, clearly testable and valuable on its own — worth more to you than my fee. We agree on the result, what “done” means and the fixed fee before work starts.

Deliver
I make it happen within one working week. Analysis, design, code, automation, AI, prototyping or process change — whatever the agreed result requires.
- 05
Review
We look at the result together and test it against what we agreed. Success is defined before the work starts; it is not reinterpreted afterwards.

Continue or stop
The first result may be enough. If there is another valuable result, we agree on the next one and start another cycle. If not, we stop. No lock-in.
