Let’s build something
that works!

Make something new.

Make something better.

Make room for work that matters.

Hey! I’m András. I bring 12+ years of business, leadership, product and digital experience to one job: finding what needs to happen or change and making it real — think of me as a business wizard. A corporate shaman.

We can work together on a specific task, or I can join a team or lead one. What matters to me is what we want to achieve and where I can contribute the most.

You tell me what you want to achieve, and together we work out what needs to change to get there.
Then I build, fix or remove what gets in the way.

Then we review the result and decide how to continue.

Let’s talk if…

...you have an idea for a cool service,
a product or a better way of working.

I turn it into a prototype you can test in practice.
Even non-IT stuff. I am a business wizard.

...you spend too much time collecting, organising or moving information around.

I build a simpler flow or tool that saves you time, effort and headache.

...you think a technology or method could be useful, but you are not sure how to apply it.

I create a first working version for your actual situation, and include your logo/name in the solution for your disproportionate satisfaction.

Part of your work feels repetitive, frustrating, unnecessary or otherwise sucks — but the result still matters.

I find a way for you to keep control of the result while reducing the work it takes.

Something important is stuck, unclear or harder than it should be.

I get close to the problem, find what needs to change and make that change real. Like a boss.

For more than a decade, I’ve done this for people and teams across the Deutsche Telekom Group.
Now I bring that experience to my independent work.

I stay close to the problem and work across business, product, design, process and technology. I do the work myself, from first conversation to working result. No handover from adviser to maker. No PowerPoint - just sheer fcking Mental and Executional Power.

Point.

Behold my corporate genius →

We start with your situation and what you want to make happen — not with a predefined service.

First I need to understand your reality: what you are trying to make happen, what is getting in the way and why it matters to you.

So we talk. Sorry. I also wish we could skip this one.
I ask questions, follow the details, challenge assumptions and help bring the real problem into focus. I will invest in this part because the quality of the result depends on it.

I do not start with a predefined service and look for somewhere to apply it. The shape of the work comes from the situation.

Together, we look for the Value Point, a phrase I made up: a concrete result you can use, test, measure or build on — and one valuable enough to justify the work. And my fee.

Sometimes we do not find a result worth pursuing. Then we stop. There is no project and no invoice. That can happen. The time I invested in understanding the situation is my risk, not yours.

When we do find the value point, we decide how to work: what I will make happen, what “done” means and the structure that fits this particular result.

The fee belongs to that result, not to the path we took to find it. It becomes due when the result is real.
No result, no fee.
(Believe me, I’ll be motivated to solve your thing.)

How I propose we do this:

We should (unless you want to bet all your money at once) work in small iterations, not one big project that has to solve everything at once. Each round gives us a useful result and helps us decide what is worth doing next. “Agile”.

  1. 01

    Bring the situation

It does not have to be perfectly defined. Tell me what you are trying to create, improve or make room for. If you already have an idea, I will compliment it!

  2. 02

    Find what needs to change

We look at your reality, underlying issues and constraints, not just the initial request, and choose the change most worth making.

  3. 03

    Make it real

I build, fix or remove what gets in the way — fast, hands-on and with the tools the work actually needs.

  4. 04

    Review and choose what’s next

We look at what changed and what works now. If we succeed, we give ourselves a round of applause! Then we decide together: build on it, adjust the direction or stop here. Somewhere around here, money changes hands — in case of success.

Three starting points

01

Make something new.

A prototype, product, system, service or new way of working — created around a real need. I love this.

02

Make something better.

Improve what already exists so it becomes clearer, faster, more useful or more reliable. I love this even more.

03

Make room for work that matters.

Remove manual work, friction and unnecessary complexity so people can focus on higher-value work. My personal favorite.

Let’s rock! Bring me something that should work!
